Position: Account Executive

Job Description:

Reyna Homes is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Account Executive. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is willing to learn and grow within the company. This position is for someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and who is looking for a career in sales with an exciting company. Candidate will be responsible for Business Development: Actively seeking new business opportunities by identifying potential clients such as real estate agents and promoting loan products and services. This may involve networking, attending industry events, visiting multiple Real Estate offices and collaborating with other departments within the lending institution to generate leads and expand the client base.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years of experience in sales within the Real Estate/Mortgage industry.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude
• Time management skills
• Must be outgoing and a people person
• Able to build and maintain Business relationships
• Must be able to travel (La county, Orange County, San Diego County,Riverside County, San Bernardino )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $54,458.77 per year

Experience level:

• 3 years

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Travel requirement:

• Up to 50% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rancho Cucamonga, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
